Use our secure Patient Portal to see your lab reports online and book your appointments.
How the portal works

Get your invitation
At your visit, we can send an invitation to your email address.

Set up your account
Follow the link in the email, confirm your date of birth and choose a password. Invitations expire, so don’t wait too long to use yours. If it runs out, ask us for a new one.

See your reports
Sign in with your password and a code we email you each time, then see your lab reports.
Questions
Good to know before you come in
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can book an appointment through our Patient Portal. The portal is by invitation from the lab, so if you haven’t been invited yet, just walk in.
What should I bring?
- A photo ID, such as a driver’s license or state ID card
- Your health insurance card, if you have insurance
- Your lab order (the test request) from your doctor or other healthcare provider
- A list of the medicines you take
- A credit or debit card, in case you have a copay
If your test needs fasting, follow your provider’s instructions.
Do I need to fast before my test?
Some tests, such as a lipid panel or a glucose test, may need fasting. Follow your doctor’s instructions, and ask us if you’re not sure.
How will I get my results?
Through our Patient Portal. At your visit, we can send you an invitation to set up your account.
Is my health information private?
Yes. Your health information is protected under HIPAA, and only authorized lab staff can see your records.
